What payments options do you provide?

We accept payment by cash and all major debt / credit cards, but unfortunately not American Express.

I'm a student/ work for the NHS/ Emergency Services - do you offer a discount?

We do! Please bring along proof of your eligibility and we'll apply a 10% discount on payment.

Do you have car parking space available?

Yes, we have ample off street parking available for customer use at the front of our salon.

What is your approach to overall hygiene?

• Therapists perform thorough hand sanitation and always wear single-use disposable gloves • All treatment surfaces (bed, trolley, wax warmer) are disinfected before and after every client • Single-use spatulas and disposable paper sheets are used for each client • Reusable equipment is properly sterilized; waste is sealed and disposed of • Staff maintain high personal hygiene standards (clean uniforms, hair tied back) • Regular deep cleaning protocols ensure the entire salon meets strict health and safety standards
